You may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your Essencraft purchase for the following reasons:

We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can choose to return the incorrect item for a full refund.

Non-returnable due to Food safety reasons

Our supplement products are non-returnable due to potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through Your Orders by providing an image of the item and its defects.

     5. Packing and Shipping: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in                 their original packaging (if possible). Clearly mark the RA number on the                 return label. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the             return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We               recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your                 own protection.
