Why can detectable values still appear on a laboratory report?

Laboratories report measured concentrations (or values below LOQ) for the analytes and methods listed. A detectable value is a laboratory measurement under the stated method and units. It is not, by itself, a marketing claim or a toxicological conclusion.

Why are units important?

These heavy-metal results are reported in mg/kg. Comparing numbers without matching units, methods and LOQ leads to incorrect conclusions.

Where do I find my batch?

Look for the batch/lot number printed on your jar packaging. Then match it to the published report for that batch. If you cannot find it, contact product support with a clear photo of the packaging.

What does LOQ mean?

LOQ is the lowest concentration the laboratory method can reliably quantify. It is not automatically the amount detected in the sample.
